This is notice of a Special Meeting of the Congregation.  The meeting will be held on Sunday, June 2, 2024 immediately after worship (approximately 11:15 AM).

There are four points of business to be voted upon in this meeting:

1. Election of Rev. J. D. Rose to the position of Settled Pastor of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ
2. Approval of funds for sink hole repair via the replacement of drainage pipe.  The sink hole issue exists in a line from our side driveway west of the building all the way to the highway.
3. Approval of the plan to install a new bi-directional sign at the highway.  Funds for this are available from action of our Special Meeting of the Congregation on May 7, 2023.
4. Approval of the changes to some By-Laws, mostly to eliminate the position of Financial Secretary and the requirements to have Finance and Personnel Committees.

Please plan to be at this important meeting.  The required quorum for this meeting is 34 voting members.
